Aspi — Stop being the on-switch

AI implementation for ecommerce operators

Stop being
the on-switch.

Aspi installs an AI team around the ecommerce business you already run. Four live weeks with John Aspinall. Your catalog. You keep the decisions.

01 / THE BOTTLENECK

You bought the tools.
You're still doing the handoffs.

You're still the person
between every tool.

Another tab. Another prompt. Another explanation of your business. Here's what changes when the work has somewhere to go.

THE ANATOMY OF A WORKING SYSTEM / EXAMPLE

An illustrative handoff, using screenshots from John's earlier capture, second-brain, and task workflows. These are examples of his work, not screens from the current cohort interface.

01 / GIVE THE WORK CONTEXT

Stop starting
from nothing.

A customer question. A catalog. A brief. Bring the information together with the constraints and a clear definition of done.

02 / GIVE EACH PART AN OWNER

Specialists.
Working together.

Research feeds the build. The build gets checked. The current sprint uses Buzz, Grok Bot, and Grok to give agents roles, context, and somewhere to work.

03 / KEEP THE IMPORTANT CALLS

The work reaches you.
Ready for a decision.

You review the result, make the judgment, and approve the next step. A useful AI team makes your decisions better informed.

04 / GIVE THE OUTPUT A HOME

Something your
business can use.

A document. A task. A workflow you can run again. The goal is useful work with a next step, built around the business you already operate.

Illustrative workflow. Screens from John's earlier second-brain and task systems.

03 / PEOPLE, DOING THE WORK

Actual operators.
In their own words.

Here's what operators
actually built.

Named operators. Named work. Each result is theirs, from earlier Operator Intelligence programs.

I've built workflows and automations that turn projects that used to take days or weeks, and cost thousands, into systems I now run in minutes with no added expense.

With John's help I now have a Second Brain that is tied to Claude. This and several other automations on top of it are saving me more than an hour a day.

It helped put me on a path to implement what I wanted, trained me to understand how to use it, and helped me get everything to interact.

04 / YOUR OPERATOR

Twenty years in ecommerce.
Still doing the work.

I didn't start with AI. I started with inventory, marketplace listings, and decisions that show up in the numbers.

14,000 hero images and 50,000 listings later, I know the work the agents should do. That's why we install the system around your catalog instead of starting from a blank prompt every morning.

The creative numbers are the reason the AI work is useful, not a second business on this page.

05 / BUILT WITH YOU

Four weeks.
Something working
at every step.

We install the system around your business, then make the pieces work together.

01
Week 01

Give your first agent a place to work.

Set up Buzz Desktop, your identity, and a personal agent with memory of your business. Connect Grok Bot so your agent can work in the tools you already use.

YOU LEAVE WITHYour first agent completes a real task.

02
Week 02

Put a real workflow through it.

Use Grok 4.5, skills, and your workspace to build an ecommerce workflow around your own ASIN, catalog, or CSV. Review the output together.

YOU LEAVE WITHA working workflow on your data, with screenshot proof.

03
Week 03

Get the agents working together.

Build channels, handoffs, and delegation around 2–3 specialist agents. Give each one a clear job and keep the decisions that need you.

YOU LEAVE WITHYour specialist agents collaborate on real work.

04
Week 04

Make it part of how you operate.

Set your daily and weekly loops, review failures, and decide what to schedule. Leave with a 30-day roadmap and your private implementation review booked.

YOU LEAVE WITHAn operating playbook and a plan for the next 30 days.

06 / YOUR NEXT MOVE

Bring one real bottleneck.
Build around it.

You run an ecommerce business. You want the work moving. You're willing to show up and build.

  • Four live, two-hour group builds
  • Your business data and real workflows
  • Session replays and live debugging
  • A private implementation review afterward

07 / THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Know what
you're walking into.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. We start from zero. You need to be comfortable following setup instructions and describing the work you want done.

How much time do I need?

One two-hour live session each week, plus 1–2 hours of implementation. Bring a real task so the build moves your business forward.

What do I need to bring?

A computer you can install apps on, your business context, and one workflow to improve. The current path uses Buzz, Grok Bot, and Grok. Paid AI access is separate from the cohort fee.

What if I'm already using Claude or Codex?

Bring your setup. Claude Code, Codex, and Obsidian are optional tracks in the current sprint. We start from your existing work.

Is the community included?

The live cohort and Operator Intelligence membership are separate. The community is $9/month for classroom material and Operator Hours.
