Services and purchases

Cohort seats, consulting engagements, and other paid services are governed by the specific agreement you receive at purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Operator Intelligence cohort seats are committed after checkout. All cohort sales are final — no refunds once you've purchased a seat. Other services follow the refund terms in their individual agreements.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — blog posts, frameworks, training materials — is owned by Aspi unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to reference and link to it; please don't republish wholesale without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
