Most AI content is theater. Operator Intelligence is the implementation system — trainings, the Aspi OS Bootcamp, a working community, and 1:1 advisory — built for operators who want Claude Code and OpenAI Codex workflows running in their business, not slide decks watched.
Most AI setups forget everything between sessions. In this session I showed how to turn Obsidian into the second brain your business runs on: structured so your agents read your notes, write back to them, and act on them, with capture, routing, and overnight automations built in. Operator Intelligence is not a course. It's not a Slack group full of screenshots. It's not a newsletter with prompt lists.
It's the structured path operators take to install Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, configure them around their actual business, and ship 3–5 working workflows in 30 days — with someone who uses both daily to run his own.
If you've watched the demos, downloaded the prompt packs, joined the Discord, and still don't have anything running — you don't have an information problem. You have an implementation problem.
That's what this fixes.
Four steps. Each one builds on the last. Start where you are.
Live webinars and recorded trainings showing real Claude Code and Codex workflows running on real ecommerce operations, not toy examples. Start with the Codex for Operators replay.
Watch the replay →Four weekly 2-hour live sessions. We build your Aspi OS — second brain, Claude Code workflows, and Codex execution layer — together on your real business.
See the bootcamp →Where operators ship together — share working workflows, debug live, and stay current as Claude Code evolves week to week.
Get notified →For operators who want this built into their business now, not eventually. Two 60-minute sessions a week, hands-on, working in your stack.
See advisory →Concrete workflows running in real businesses — not demos, not "what could be." This is the shortlist.
Pulls Seller Central, ad spend, returns, and inventory every morning. Flags ASINs with abnormal CTR or CVR drops. One command, one report.
Watches your top competitors’ price, listing copy, image stack, and review velocity. Alerts you when something material changes — not when nothing has.
Brand voice + competitor signals + keyword data, end to end. Drafts a full listing — title, bullets, A+ blocks — that sounds like you, not like a template.
Drafts replies to every new review in your tone. You scan, edit, send. What used to take 90 minutes a week becomes 10 — without sounding like a bot.
Reads your campaign exports, surfaces wasted spend, and recommends bid adjustments backed by your own conversion data — not generic best practices.
Slash commands your team can execute without you. Onboarding, weekly reporting, escalation — codified, not hidden in your head.

"There is a select group taking AI head-on and learning these skills that we're all going to need for the future and there are those that are getting left behind. I chose to work with John so that I can be part of the group that is staying ahead of the curve. There are very few people that are consuming every bit of the AI updates every single day and then pausing to teach the rest of us. I'm glad that John is up for the challenge and ushering us operators into this new wave of the future."
Daniela Bolzmann, CEO of Mindful Goods
"I've been working on implementing AI wherever possible and, at times, get confused by all the tools and new software out there. So I joined John's Operator Intelligence, and it cleared a lot up for me. It helped put me on a path to implement what I wanted, trained me to understand how to use it, and helped me get everything to interact. John is a great instructor and also had a one-on-one with me to make sure I was implementing what he was teaching. My mind has been blown by this program, and it's built for all skill levels."
Dave Supinger, Founder of Ardor Growth
"Working with John through his Operator Intelligence cohorts has been one of the highest-value investments I've made. He massively overdelivers, not just in the training but in the real support and heart he puts into helping people actually implement. With his help, I've built workflows and automations that turn projects that used to take days or weeks, and cost thousands, into systems I now run in minutes with no added expense, some even replacing costly subscriptions I relied on before. John doesn't just teach theory. He doesn't stop until your systems actually function. That is rare, and incredibly valuable."

How is this different from a Claude Code or Codex course?
Courses sell you information. Operator Intelligence is structured implementation. The bootcamp is live, small, and you build on your real business data — not on toy examples. The point isn't that you watched. The point is that workflows are running when you're done.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Claude Code and Codex write the code. You need to know your business, what you want automated, and be willing to type in a terminal. If you can run a marketplace, you can do this.
Where do I start?
Start with the free Codex for Operators replay. It's the lowest-friction entry point and shows you exactly what running Codex and Claude Code in an ecommerce business looks like. From there, the bootcamp is the fastest path to having it in yours.
Why both Claude Code and Codex — aren't they the same thing?
They’re both terminal-native coding agents, but they behave differently. Claude Code is the daily driver for most operator workflows — long context, careful edits, good at multi-step reasoning. Codex (OpenAI) shines on certain async, sandboxed, and parallel jobs and is sometimes cheaper. Inside Operator Intelligence we teach when to reach for which, not religion.
Is this only for Amazon sellers?
No. Most operators inside are on Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop, but the workflows apply to any ecommerce operation: data analysis, listing copy, review handling, ops reporting, team SOPs. If your business has repetitive operator work, this fits.
Will there be future rounds?
Yes. The Aspi OS Bootcamp is open now at $1,500, capped at 12 seats. The waitlist is also how you'll hear about future rounds first.
Who runs this?
John Aspinall — 20 years in ecommerce, founder of Aspi (marketplace creative strategy), and someone who runs his businesses on Claude Code every day. This is built from real use, not from teaching about AI.
Be first to hear about the next free training, future bootcamp rounds, and the operator community when it opens. No fluff. Just the work.
