The point is what gets done

Give the repeating work
a system of its own.

Your first workflow should earn its place in your week. We pick the work that matters to your business, then build around it.

01

Know what changed.

Turn catalog research, competitor changes, or a CSV export into a report you can act on.

02

Move the work forward.

Give drafting, review, and handoffs a repeatable path, with your standards built in.

03

Keep the decisions.

Set the checks, approvals, and operating rhythm. Know when the system needs you.

These are example applications. The workflows we build depend on your business, data, and tool access.

02 / The four-week build

Every week,
another part

03 / Operators who have built with John

The difference is
getting it working.

Experiences from earlier Operator Intelligence programs. Each operator built around their own business.

“There is a select group taking AI head-on and learning these skills that we're all going to need for the future and there are those that are getting left behind. I chose to work with John so that I can be part of the group that is staying ahead of the curve.”
Daniela Bolzmann
Daniela BolzmannCEO, Mindful Goods
“I joined John's Operator Intelligence, and it cleared a lot up for me. It helped put me on a path to implement what I wanted, trained me to understand how to use it, and helped me get everything to interact. … My mind has been blown by this program, and it's built for all skill levels.”
Dave Supinger
Dave SupingerFounder, Ardor Growth
“One of the highest-value investments I've made. … I've built workflows and automations that turn projects that used to take days or weeks, and cost thousands, into systems I now run in minutes with no added expense.”
Regina Gomez

“I've flown in internationally to John's live stage presentations, met and spoken to him personally. Signed up for cohorts that aren't just a presentation leaving me to figure it out. By the end, he has personally ensured they get implemented.”
Jon Scrivano
Jon ScrivanoBrand Owner
“I had a backlog of information that I needed to figure out how to use. With John’s help I now have a Second Brain that is tied to Claude. … This and several other automations on top of it, are saving me more than an hour a day.”

04 / Come ready to build

You know the business.
We'll build around it.

You don't need to code. You do need a real business, a computer you can install apps on, and time to put the work in.

This is for operators who want to get past chat tabs and copy-paste. Bring a workflow you already need to do. Be ready to follow along, try things, and show your work.

Your time
One live two-hour session each week, plus 1–2 hours of implementation between sessions.
Your tools
Buzz Desktop, Grok Bot, and Grok 4.5 are the primary path. Paid AI accounts are recommended and are not included.
Your existing setup
Already using Claude Code, Codex, or Obsidian? Bring it. They are optional tracks, not prerequisites.
Your participation
Work on your own data, share screenshot proof, and flag where you're stuck so we can help in the room.

05 / Your place in the room

Let's get your

Before you join

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Something specific about your setup?
Email John.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the work, follow along, and review the output. We start from zero and build on the business context you bring.

What are Buzz, Grok Bot, and Grok?

Buzz is the workspace where people and agents share channels. Grok Bot gives agents a computer to work in tools. Grok 4.5 is the primary model for the work. We install the pieces together, then connect them to a useful workflow.

What if I miss a session?

Session replays and that week's homework are included. Live attendance is best because we debug your setup together. If you fall behind, flag where you're stuck in the implementation room.

Is Skool included in the cohort?

No. Skool is a separate $9/month membership for the classroom, tips, and weekly Operator Hours. The cohort includes four live builds, setup help, replays, and a private implementation review.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for the two-hour live session and 1–2 hours of implementation each week. More practice helps, but we build around work you already need to do.

What tools do I need?

A computer you can install apps on. Buzz Desktop is available for Mac, Windows, and Linux. You'll need Grok Bot and Grok 4.5 access; paid AI accounts are recommended and are not included in the cohort price.

What is the refund policy?

All cohort sales are final. Seats are committed after checkout — no refunds once you've purchased a seat.

Can I work with John privately instead?

Yes. See private consulting for AI Connect, hands-on advisory, and build-out options.
