A 4-week live bootcamp for operators: first build the Obsidian second brain, then wire Claude Code workflows and Codex execution on top of it. Four live Monday sessions: August 3, 10, 17, and 24, from 5-7 PM Eastern. 12 seats.
$1,500 · Mondays 5-7 PM Eastern · replays included · 12 seats
AI is not failing because Claude Code or Codex are weak. It fails when your SOPs, decisions, numbers, brand voice, and project history live in different tabs or only in your head. This bootcamp gives AI a business operating system to work from, then teaches it how to ship real work: research, drafts, tools, automations, QA, and follow-up.
“Working with John through his Operator Intelligence cohorts has been one of the highest-value investments I've made. With his help, I've built workflows and automations that turn projects that used to take days or weeks, and cost thousands, into systems I now run in minutes. John doesn't just teach theory. He doesn't stop until your systems actually function.”
Not another course. A working operating system for your business that AI agents can read, write to, and run.

Turn the system into an operating rhythm: test outputs, deploy useful work, review failures, and leave with a cadence you can keep using after the bootcamp.August implementation: Andrew Erickson joins for AI supply-chain training and Inventory Hero setup.
Four live Monday sessions from 5-7 PM Eastern. Calendar invite is sent after checkout, along with the setup checklist and buyer intake.
Install the operating structure, move scattered context into one place, and make your business readable by AI agents.
Set up the context, memory, commands, and repeatable workflows that turn your vault into a daily operating layer.
Build tools, pages, scripts, automations, and QA checks from real workflows inside your business.
Andrew Erickson joins for a 20-minute practical briefing, followed by implementation time for testing, deploying, and improving real workflows.
Inventory Hero co-founder Andrew Erickson joins Week 4 for a practical 20-minute briefing on where AI is already moving the needle across demand forecasting, stockouts, restock planning, suppliers, purchase orders, and 3PL operations. Ecommerce members then get an implementation path for wiring live inventory operations into their own AI workflow.
Inventory Hero Pro is normally $1,990/year. August cohort members keep 50% off for the life of their account.
Join the bootcampInventory Hero is designed for Amazon and ecommerce operators. The wider Aspi OS Bootcamp remains relevant to operators in any industry, and the Inventory Hero software implementation is optional.
Your version will depend on your business, but these are the kinds of working systems the bootcamp is designed to produce.
Capture source material, route it to the right place, summarize it in your voice, and make it available to future agents.
Use Codex to turn a repeated spreadsheet, reporting, or review workflow into a small tool your business can actually use.
Turn calls, notes, customer questions, or project work into drafts, outlines, recaps, and publishing assets without starting from zero.
Create an agent that reviews work against your standards before anything goes to a customer, client, or team member.
The $1,500 live bootcamp is the main August offer. DIY and done-for-you are here if you already know you need a different level of support.

Checkout reserves your seat. The onboarding page collects the context I need so the live sessions can focus on building, not admin.
Stripe confirms your purchase and sends you to the bootcamp onboarding page.
Tell me your business, tool stack, current bottlenecks, and the workflow you most want AI to help with.
You receive the prep steps, tool list, 5-7 PM Eastern calendar invite, and first-session expectations before we begin.
Show up with one real workflow. We use your operating context to build a system you can keep using.
John has spent 20 years in the trenches of ecommerce — 14,000+ Amazon hero images optimized, 50,000+ listings reviewed — and now runs his entire operation on an Aspi OS — a second brain powered by Claude Code and Codex. He's not teaching this from a podcast. He built the system to run his own businesses, then turned it into something you can build for yours.
What happens after I buy?
Your seat is reserved, and Stripe sends you to the bootcamp onboarding page. Fill out the intake there so I know your business, current stack, bottlenecks, and the first workflow you want to build around.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Claude Code and Codex write the code — you describe what you want. If you can operate your business and follow along, you can build this. We start from zero.
What's the difference between the three tiers?
DIY ($500) gives you the Obsidian second brain system and playbook. The live bootcamp ($1,500) includes that kit, then adds live implementation, Claude Code setup, Codex workflows, feedback, and accountability. Done-for-you ($5,000) is white-glove — we architect and build your entire Aspi OS for you.
Why Obsidian?
It's local, plain-text, and links everything into a graph — which is exactly what AI agents need to read and write against. Your second brain stays yours, on your machine, and Claude Code / Codex operate on it directly.
How does the bootcamp run?
Four weeks, one live 2-hour group session per week: Monday August 3, 10, 17, and 24, from 5-7 PM Eastern. Weeks 1-2 build the Obsidian and Claude Code foundation. Weeks 3-4 add Codex, shipping workflows, QA, and deployment. You leave with a working operating system, not notes.
Are recordings included?
Yes. Live attendance is best because we can troubleshoot your setup in the room, but session replays are included for bootcamp buyers.
What if I miss a session?
You get the replay and the homework for that week. If you fall behind, use the intake/follow-up support to flag where you're stuck so we can get you moving again.
What tools do I need?
You need a computer you can install tools on, Obsidian, and access to Claude Code and Codex. Paid AI accounts are recommended and are not included in the bootcamp price.
Is Inventory Hero required?
No. It is an optional August implementation track for Amazon and ecommerce operators. Everyone can attend Andrew Erickson's AI supply-chain briefing, while ecommerce members can use the 60-day access and setup support to connect Inventory Hero to their own AI workflow.
How much time outside sessions?
Plan for 1-2 hours per week outside the live session. More time helps, but the goal is to build around real work you already need to do.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available until 7 days before the bootcamp starts. Once the bootcamp begins, seats are committed and refunds are not available.
What does done-for-you include?
We architect your vault, migrate your knowledge in, build custom Claude Code / Codex skills for your operations, wire up agentic workflows to your stack, and hand it over with SOPs so your team can run it. You get everything in the bootcamp too.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start DIY and move up to the bootcamp or done-for-you whenever you want — email me and we'll credit what you've already paid toward the next tier.
Build the Aspi OS once — second brain, Claude Code, and Codex working as one — and AI finally has a business to work from.
