A 4-week live implementation sprint for operators: a team of AI agents working your business on Buzz, with Grok 4.5 as the workhorse runtime. Four live 2-hour Monday sessions, Mondays 5-7 PM Eastern. 12 seats.
The cart opens August 19, right after the free live webinar. The waitlist hears first — and gets first claim on the 12 seats.
Research in one tab, listing copy in another, a forecast half-finished in a third, and you re-explaining your business in every one of them. That is not AI leverage, that is AI babysitting. This sprint installs the alternative: specialist agents with their own seats and lanes, collaborating with you and each other on Buzz, powered by a runtime fast enough that constant agent traffic doesn't cost you the afternoon.
Not product school. By week four: Buzz and Grok configured around your business, 2-3 specialist agents, and 3-5 real workflows running on your actual data.
Install Buzz Desktop, set up your identity, and stand up your first personal agent with real memory discipline so it knows your business tomorrow, not just today.Deliverable: an agent that runs a real task for you by end of week.
Put the workhorse model to work: Grok Build, skills, and workspace, shipping one real ecommerce workflow on your own ASIN, catalog, or CSV.Deliverable: a working workflow on your data, screenshot proof.
Channels, mentions, delegation. Spin up 2-3 specialist agents that hand work to each other while you keep the decisions that matter.Deliverable: your mini council, running in parallel.
Daily and weekly loops, failure review, and what gets scheduled so you're not the on-switch. Leave with a 30-day roadmap and a 1:1 booked.Deliverable: your operating playbook + private implementation review.
Four live 2-hour Monday sessions from 5-7 PM Eastern. Calendar invite is sent after checkout, along with the setup checklist and buyer intake.
Buzz Desktop installed, identity set, first personal agent standing, memory discipline in place.
Ship one real ecommerce workflow on your own data with the workhorse model doing the heavy lifting.
Delegation, handoffs, and 2-3 specialist agents working in parallel while you make the calls.
The loops that keep it running, failure review, your 30-day roadmap, and post-cohort 1:1s.
“There is a select group taking AI head-on and learning these skills that we're all going to need for the future and there are those that are getting left behind. I chose to work with John so that I can be part of the group that is staying ahead of the curve.”
“I joined John's Operator Intelligence, and it cleared a lot up for me. It helped put me on a path to implement what I wanted, trained me to understand how to use it, and helped me get everything to interact. … My mind has been blown by this program, and it's built for all skill levels.”
“One of the highest-value investments I've made. … I've built workflows and automations that turn projects that used to take days or weeks, and cost thousands, into systems I now run in minutes with no added expense.”
Before the cart opens I'm running the whole system live: a real ecommerce workflow on Grok 4.5, agent handoffs on Buzz, and exactly where the free community ends and this cohort begins. If you want demos, the webinar and community are free forever. If you want it installed on your business, that's what these four weeks are for.

Your version depends on your business, but these are the kinds of working systems the sprint is designed to produce.
Competitor scans, keyword movement, and listing-gap reports on your ASINs, delivered to your channel before you ask.
One agent drafts, a second reviews against your voice rules, a third schedules. You approve at the end instead of driving all three.
An agent that reads your CSV exports on a schedule and pings the channel when a margin, ACOS, or stock number crosses your rules.
Work gets reviewed against your standards before anything goes to a customer, client, or marketplace, by an agent that never gets bored.
Free is genuinely free and stays that way. Paid is for operators who want this installed on their own business, with their own data, in four weeks.
The open sandbox: demo agents to try, open rooms, peer tactics, and public builds.
Four live weeks where we install Buzz + Grok around your business: your agents, your data, your workflows.
This is the main offer for September enrollment.
A strategist embedded in your business, building the same systems hands-on in your stack.
Want the Obsidian second-brain system instead? The $500 DIY kit is still available. Not sure which fits? Email me and I'll point you to the right one.
Checkout reserves your seat. The onboarding intake collects the context I need so the live sessions can focus on building, not admin.
Stripe confirms your purchase and sends you to the onboarding page.
Tell me your business, tool stack, current bottlenecks, and the workflow you most want a team of agents on.
Buzz Desktop install steps, Grok access, the 5-7 PM Eastern calendar invite, and first-session expectations before we begin.
Show up with one real workflow. We use your operating context to install a system you keep using after week four.
John has spent 20 years in the trenches of ecommerce — 14,000+ Amazon hero images optimized, 50,000+ listings reviewed — and runs his own operation on the exact multi-agent stack this sprint installs. He's not teaching this from a podcast. He built the system to run his own businesses, then turned it into something you can install in yours.
What are Buzz and Grok, and why this stack?
Buzz is a desktop workspace where people and AI agents share the same channels — it's the surface your team of agents lives on. Grok 4.5 is the workhorse model that runs them: fast enough that constant agent traffic doesn't stall your day. Together they're the cleanest path from "one chat tab" to "a team with seats."
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want; the agents do the building. If you can operate your business and follow along, you can install this. We start from zero.
How does the sprint run?
Four weeks, one live 2-hour group session per week: Monday September 14, 21, 28, and October 5, from 5-7 PM Eastern. Each session: quick recap, short teach, long live build, implementation room, next actions. You leave with agents running, not notes.
Are recordings included?
Yes. Live attendance is best because we debug your setup in the room, but session replays are always included and shared.
What if I miss a session?
You get the replay and the homework for that week. If you fall behind, flag where you're stuck and we get you moving in the implementation room.
What tools do I need?
A computer you can install apps on. Buzz Desktop is a free download (Mac, Windows, Linux). You'll need Grok access; paid AI accounts are recommended and not included in the price.
I already use Claude Code / Codex / Obsidian. Does that stack die?
No. Bring it. Those are optional tracks in this sprint, not requirements — if you're already running them, your agents plug into what you have. The primary path is Buzz + Grok so everyone ships on one surface.
What's the difference between the free community and the paid sprint?
Free gets you open rooms, peer tactics, and sandbox demo agents you can try. Paid gets you four live builds, personal agents on your machine with your data, homework with screenshot gates, live debugging on your setup, and a post-sprint 1:1. Demos are free. Installation is paid.
How much time outside sessions?
Plan for 1-2 hours per week outside the live session. More helps, but the goal is to build around real work you already need to do.
What is the refund policy?
Week-1 guarantee: attend the first session, and if it's not for you, full refund. After week one, seats are committed and refunds are not available.
When does enrollment open?
The cart opens August 19, right after the free webinar. Waitlist members get first look before seats go public. 12 seats, and prior cohorts have filled.
Can I go deeper than the cohort?
Yes. 1:1 advisory at $4,500/mo puts me in your stack twice a week, building custom to your team and data. Most advisory clients come through a cohort first, but you can email me directly.
Install the multi-agent OS once — Buzz, Grok 4.5, and a team of specialist agents working as one — and your business finally has a staff that ships while you decide.
